Processing & Shipping Times

Every order is made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to print and prepare your order, then it ships within 3 business days of your order date. You'll get an email confirmation once your order is placed, and Local Pickup orders will be coordinated with you directly by email once your item is ready.

Card orders ship via USPS. The shipping cost depends on the size of your order and is shown in your cart and at checkout. Orders $50+ ship free.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Just contact us with your order details and we'll help sort it out.

Since most pieces are made to order (and some are personalized), please double-check your color choices, spelling, and options before checking out. Personalized items are reviewed case-by-case for returns.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out right away with a photo and we'll make it right.
